Stéphanie and Florian welcome you to a natural setting with their two children. Auvergnats by adoption, they have fallen in love with the region and share their discoveries with campers: hikes for all levels, original visits, must-do activities, cycling circuits… Available and attentive, they will be happy to welcome you with a smile in the volcanoes.

Your campsite

In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, a Unesco World Heritage site, we welcome you for a peaceful, rejuvenating stay. In a family atmosphere typical of small campsites, you’ll enjoy the magnificent scenery of the 80 volcanoes and the Sancy massif, our heated swimming pool and our Auvergne specialities.

For sports enthusiasts, hikers and mountain bikers, the paths that run alongside the campsite will allow you to get away from it all. Nearby, Lake Aydat awaits you with its supervised beach. All the other tourist sites are less than 25 minutes away by car: Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Murol, St-Nectaire, Puy Pariou, Mont Dore…

On a campsite surrounded by nature, we felt it was essential to take action to protect the environment. Saving water, composting and protecting birds were among our first actions. We are now moving towards zero waste and we want to go further by promoting conviviality and sharing through our book and games boxes, the loan of snowshoes, a donation box…

ADVANTAGES OF THE DESTINATION

The craters of the volcanoes of the Chaine des puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as lakes and waterfalls, are all within easy reach of the campsite. The summit of the Massif Central, Puy de Sancy (1886m), is just 25 minutes away.
A single stay is not enough to explore our medieval villages, climb our volcanoes or enjoy our outdoor activities. You’ll definitely be back!

Advantages of the campsite

Hiking and mountain running
Hiking from the campsite? It's possible! Discover the volcano craters or the lakes and waterfalls by walking or running. With or without children, we will guide you along the appropriate paths.
Biking
Mountain bikers and cyclists enjoy the slopes of the volcanoes park. Several mountain bike routes are marked out from the campsite and the beautiful roads around the volcanoes and the Sancy massif offer beautiful cycling routes.
Leisure & water sports
Canoeing down the Sioule or the Allier, sailing or paddling on Lake Aydat, E-foil or Wing-foil, canyoning... If you like water activities, you will have the choice! Fishermen will find many lakes and rivers to enjoy.
Unusual accommodation
Do your children dream of a stay in a Tipi? Would you like to admire the stars in a Dome? Lovers of glamping will find what they are looking for, without sacrificing comfort, in Pods, Lodges, Tipis, Domes or even Tentenbois!
Sustainable development
Our campsite is evolving step by step to limit its impact on the environment: composting, waste reduction, water saving, installation of beehives... These actions, shared with the campers, lead us towards a more sustainable tourism. We also give more space to local producers, like the Saint-Nectaire cheese produced by our neighbour. This new way of experiencing holidays extends to meetings at the campsite where we encourage mutual trust, sharing and conviviality!
