The life of your campsites
Life at campsites and seasonal anecdotes
A Beneficial “Holiday” Rhythm
For “Les Pastourels”: This is the little story of a guest’s transformation. She arrived tired and stressed, but left completely zen and relaxed on her departure day!
Les hôtes des Pastourels
Guests know how to shake us out of our routines 🙂 or how to handle the unexpected
At the Arrouach campsite: A little memory from Fabien and Ania who set up a “special” guest in what they called the “worst spot in the campsite” (they said) after he arrived with his exhibition truck!!
…Who, after discussion and conversation, turned out to be a wonderful human connection! We don’t judge a book by its cover 🙂
Camping d’Arrouach
Regarding the “Les Volcans” campsite: It started with taking on an intern during the season to “help out” a friend, which ultimately turned into a fantastic encounter with a highly motivated young woman!
For “Les Lanchettes”: Providing emergency care and treatment to allergic clients stung by bees… But everything turned out well, and they’re coming back this year!
Les Lanchettes
For Yvan and Nina at “Mandala”: The unexpected turn of events was welcoming a young man who was a bit lost in the mountains and wanted to spend the winter outside in a tent…
He found refuge and a listening ear that helped him feel better!
Building relationships, forging connections – Sensitivity, Mutual Support, and Service
At “Le Vieux Château”: This is the story of two grandmothers who participated with their grandchildren in the scavenger hunt created by the high school intern, and who remained inseparable for the entire duration of their stay.
Or at “Le Soleil des Bastides”: When clients show us they know us well, through the news they ask about us or the little notes and thoughtful gestures they bring us 🙂 it warms our hearts!
For “Le Pré Fixe”: It’s a 24/7 service 🙂 Just like on the day of their departure, they call back customers whose caravans have broken down and are towed to the campsite while they wait for repairs 🙂
As for “Le Rêve” (The Dream): It’s the children at the campsite who, by collecting popsicle sticks, enable a camper with a super talent to create a model!
At “Lac O Fées” (Fairy Lake): Mutual support and sensitivity mean welcoming a person with alcoholism who is awaiting treatment, with care and kindness.
At “Little Carpe Diem”: The photo of the “pebble painting” activity shows all the children at the campsite busy on their pebbles, exchanging ideas and brushes in all languages 🙂
At “La Porte d’Autan”: It’s the photo of the children drawing in front of the “Insects of the Campsite” poster that’s generating a lot of buzz… Moments of pure joy for the managers, seeing the children’s spontaneity: “That’s what camping is all about…” 🙂
At “Les Cerisiers”: A wonderful show of solidarity was expressed through a group message and a photo of all the guests sent to a regular couple who, due to illness, couldn’t come to the campsite this year. 🙂 A truly beautiful act of solidarity!
Chez Gendron : Suite à un avis négatif, un autre client a contesté l’avis du premier 🙂 en expliquant qu’au camping, si l’on suit les quelques instruction d’usage, tout
goes wonderfully! They added that “the managers” are very friendly 🙂
Because beyond the holidays, camping is also about solidarity, simplicity, and memorable encounters? And above all… never judge a book by its cover. Here, everyone has a story to tell. And often, it starts unexpectedly.
